Fortement
inspiré par l'esthétique pop des années 70, le duo L/B (Sabina
Lang / Daniel Baumann) a, en quelques années, transformé sa fascination
plutôt nostalgique en un véritable système visuel global contemporain.
Par des peintures murales, des papiers peints, du mobilier ou
des micros architectures, il crée des environnements colorés,
confortables, fonctionnels et ingénieux. Dans le prolongement
de l'exposition, L/B créera, en collaboration avec Dejode & Lacombe,
un container-restaurant, premier modèle d'un projet prévu pour
être une chaîne de fast food mobile destiné aux lieux artistiques.
Heavily influenced
by the pop aesthetics of the 70's, the duo L/B (Sabine Lang/Daniel
Baumann) have in the space of a few years transformed this, more
or less, nostalgic fascination into a complete visual system:
through the medium of murals, wallpaper, furniture and micro-architecture
they create colourful, comfortable, functional, ingenious environments.
After the exhibition L/B, in collaboration with Dejode & Lacombe,
will create a restaurant in a lorry container. This will be the
first model of a project which plans to create a mobile fast-food
chain destined for art spaces.
